The MDC, a plug-in card for the OMAP35x EVM, supports both video and camera input in addition to a high-speed USB 2.0 port. The card plugs into the expansion connector present on the main board of the OMAP35x EVM.

The MDC enables users to capture video, via S-Video, composite or component inputs, to be processed by the OMAP3530 application processor. The card provides a HSUSB HOST port and a camera connector to support camera input and has the provision to support future daughter cards.
