Analog Devices Inc. has launched a nationwide Customer Interaction Center (CIC) to improve the organization’s responsiveness to customers’  needs in India. The CIC will provide timely and accurate support for phone and email inquiries on products, technical issues, sample requests, or any other matter related to ADI.

Supporting English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and the Tamil languages, the CIC will be accessible through a toll free number: (1800-419-0108) and is available during business hours from 8:30 to 13:00and 14:00-17:30 ( India time) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. or via email at: cic.asia@analog.com

“Analog Devices’ CIC in Bangalore will further enhance service and support for ADI customers in India. Through the CIC we are able to provide a channel to our core market customers, to get direct support,”  said Howard Cheng, Vice president, Asia Sales & Marketing, ADI.

Besides handling incoming customer calls and emails, representatives at the CIC will also make outgoing calls to customers to qualify potential customers and to follow up on leads.  The CIC
guarantees that customers’ technical requests which are referred to ADI’s Central Applications Center will receive a reply within 48 hours.
