Cosmic Circuits has said that Silicon Harmony, a supplier of ASIC solutions  and services for the South Korean market, has licensed a clocking solution from Cosmic Circuits in 65-nm technology.

Cosmic offers a matrix of clocking solutions which include system PLLs, specialty PLLs, crystal oscillators and silicon oscillators and has already taped-out designs in 28nm. As part of its specialty PLL offering, Cosmic provides low-jitter and Sigma Delta Fractional-N PLLs. Cosmic has PLL Solutions in most of the technology nodes starting from 0.18um to 28-nm.
