India Semiconductor Association (ISA) will for the first time, feature a B2B deal-making session at its annual Vision Summit, to open on Monday, February 6, 2012 at Bangalore. Hoping to connect buyers and sellers, this time the main aim is to get small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to connect with domestic and international buyers.
Aart de Geus, Chairman and CEO, Synopsys, will deliver a keynote on the changing design ecosystem in India while Walden C. Rhines, Chairman and CEO, Mentor Graphics, will deliver his keynote on how to build fabless semiconductor companies in India.
Pradeep N. Dhoot, Group President, Videocon Industries, will speak on building globally competitive electronics manufacturing in India, while Ajai Chowdhry, Founder and Chairman, HCL Infosystems, will examine the future of electronics manufacturing in India.
Over 500 industry and government leaders, business delegations and 25 speakers are also part of the Summit, which will be opened by Kapil Sibal, union minister for communications, information technology (IT) and human resource development and will see an inaugural address by Sachin Pilot, minister of state for communications and IT.
